Both of last week’s big new releases cracked the top ten. But did either Darksiders or Bayonetta manage to topple the Wii high-flyers?
The answer, of course, is no.
For those keeping score, Darksiders surprisingly charted higher than Bayonetta. Curiously, Darksiders sold better on PS3 while Bayonetta sold better on 360. Neither game, however, managed to trouble the staunch Wii top five nor Modern Warfare 2.
At the top, this week it’s Mario Kart’s turn, taking over from last week’s #1, Wii Sports Resort. Not bad for a game that’s nearly two years old now.
