Sony’s Personal 3D Viewer Coming To Australia

The future is here, and it looks pricey and kind of dorky.

Back in November of 2011, our sister site Gizmodo reviewed the Sony Personal 3D viewer, also known as the HMZT1. The review was favourable! The head set provided the reviewer with an immersive 3D experience with clear images, surround sound, and a red mark on his forehead after he removed the device from his head.

The Personal 3D Viewer is now coming to Australia. On January 27, 100 units will be made available for pre-order. Normal sales commence in late March. You can own one for the price of $AU899.

So… will you be getting one? What do you think of the product and the price? Let us know!
