Is Tilt to Live HD really discounted? From memory, it was always "free" with the full game unlocked by in-app purchase.

When the developer launched their other game, Outwitters, they discounted the IAP price for Tilt to Live HD (and also reduced the price of the iPhone version). I wonder, when they restored the full price of Tilt to Live following the sale, was Tilt to Live HD accidentally released at the price of the IAP unlock?

I hate when apps are advertised as "free" but it's really the ad-supported or gimped version that was already available that no one wanted.

A fair comment, but it doesn't apply to OneManLeft. This is just the way they've chosen to give a demo. These guys really don't nickel and dime you.

It was more of a general comment. I know I'm not losing anything by trying out a free app if it happens to suck, it just annoys me.

Also, Alien Breed was on a launch sale last I checked.

And Combat Mission Touch for iPad was free. Not sure if still free.
