Let’s say you order things online. Video games, for instance. Given the fact you order them on a computer and then, days later, they magically appear at your door, it’s easy to begin to treat the process as, well, magic.

Nope. Those boxes have to go through a lot of hands and conveyor belts to get to you. Here’s a great video showing the journey a package takes from sender to recipient.

This clip isn’t rigged; Dane Ruben van der Vleuten really stuck a camera to a package to record its trip and, miraculously, it survived and recorded the entire journey.
