Secrets of Raetikon at first seems like a nice relaxing game about being a bird. A bird that can fly around, explore, and fling around the occasional rabbit. It’s all really lovely and serene, but this beautiful game about exploration soon turns to bird on bird violence.
I didn’t know birds could hold so much hatred for each other. Soon you’re fighting for your life and the lives of your little bird friends. You can see how I got on in the harsh kingdom of the birds up above.
Secrets of Raetikon is currently in Alpha and includes a robust level editor — I say robust because it looks complicated and I have no idea how to use it. Secrets of Raetikon is available now as early access on Steam and directly from the developer’s website.
