Street Fighter's Dhalsim Should Lose Those Baby Skulls

In the real world, Dhalsim would have been arrested a long time ago with those skulls around his neck, as the latest Pete Holmes 'Red Tape' sketch points out.

I hope there'll be a video with a raging Blanka, because so far these sketches put every single Street Fighter character to shame.
