Matthew Wegner is working on a cool-looking game, but in his free time, he built an actual physical robot that plays Threes, the puzzle game that we’re obsessed with. You can watch it playing live on Twitch right here.
According to the text on the stream, he just created the robot, and it seems the actual game playing software was written by Walt Destler, who figured out how to peek into the logic of Threes and create a semi-omniscient AI Threes player.
