With Some Help, The Xbox One’s Kinect Works On A PC


The new Xbox One Kinect isn’t supposed to work on a PC. But, hey, here it is.

Despite Microsoft releasing a dedicated PC version of the peripheral, Hyperkin’s Chris Gallizzi and Jesse Aragon can be seen here showing off a workaround they have developed where the console camera works on a PC just fine. They’re planning on releasing it at retail (the workaround needs a custom cable).
