Come on, dude. It’s a well-known fact that when women squat down their bottoms clip through their clothing, particularly if they are wearing robes. If anything, From Software would be insulting women by covering up the butts.

Look, there has been a serious lacking of exposed male behinds in gaming for some time now, From Software realized this and based on their data found that allowing the male behind to be exposed would “level out the playing field” so to speak allowing for far more inclusive and diverse posterior representation.
Being a company that promotes equality this feature will of course be applied to the feminine models however as you have noticed that these buttocks are far more representative of real feminine buttocks rather than the hyper-sexualised buttocks you’ll see in most games.
