Goku and Jiren are battling it out in the Tournament of Power, and just when you think things could get more intense, the preview for next week’s episode shows that, yes, they can.

As seen in the top image, the words “Limits Super Surpassed! Ultra Instinct Mastered!!” appears during the next episode’s preview.
The camera pans up but doesn’t reveal his new face — or, more importantly, his hairdo. We do get a look at his silver eyes.

Reportedly, this is “Goku’s ultimate form” and “the strongest Son Goku in history.” Mastering Ultra Instinct might be what Goku needs to defeat the mighty Jiren.

So Goku reaches some kind of new strength…again? Well, that was highly unexpected.
Jeez, and people still prefer this over GT? I’m so out of touch with people.
For those that aren’t watching, this isn’t really a ‘new’ strength or form or anything. It’s the same for he’s been accidently awakening throughout this entire story arc (so around a year now), he’s just finally mastering it – which apparently changes the hair colour to match the eyes.
Kinda disappointed by the hair, I gotta say.
The lightsaber hair looks the tits imo. I mean, he mastering a technique/mode/form that even eludes the Gods of Destruction. If that doesn’t warrant lightsaber hair, then the world is bonkers…
