Dragon Ball Z is finally on Steam — and fans of the anime are pretty excited about that. They’re also pumped about the opportunity to, um, beat up Krillin.
You can find potshots galore on the Steam reviews page for Xenoverse — but, most of these jabs are clearly made by fans that know the franchise very well. Let’s face it: our favourite DBZ characters are pretty goofy, and there’s no better way to express our love than by making fun of them.

There’s that moment, when you Final Flash someone in the face for the first time, such a rush. Would love to re-live that moment over and over again. 10/10

I found this game really.. underwhelming. I was expecting a free roam game with some side quests and dialogue choices etc.. played for a few hours and was disappointed with the below:
– Seems you only get ‘free roam’ in Toki Toki City, which you run really slow and jumping is pointless. There’s nothing worth exploring, either.
– Your character doesn’t get to make actual choices or even dialogue?
– It seemed it was going to be different to all the DBZ brawlers in the past, but really they just slapped a city in between brawls.
Maybe I needed to give it more of a chance, but even as a big DBZ fan I really couldn’t get into it.
It annoys me no end that its $50 USD, but here its $90 (AUD). A straight conversion comes to $64 AUD.
I’d really love to get it, but my wallet can’t quite stretch that far
