The Return Of The Neo-Geo

SNK Playmore is once again in the hardware business. The Osaka-based game company is releasing a new portable Neo-Geo gaming system. This is it.

The handheld sports a 4.3 inch LCD screen and 2GB of onboard memory. There are 20 pre-loaded games.

      If by decent games you mean 2D fighters then sure.The thought of fatal fury 1,2,3,4,5.king of fighters 1,2,3,4,5, world fighters 1,2,3,4,5,samuri showdown 1,2,3,4,5, all on a d-bad on a 3 inch screen single player only is about as appealing as a donkey kong game and watch.

        I think it looks damn sexy. Also, it has TV out. And since I can’t seem to find much info on actual specs, here’s hoping that there’s an ad-hoc mode for multiplayer. I want.

    Here’s hoping that the SD card will be able to store additional games. I really want to be able to play Crossed swords on this thing, perhaps even two player.
