I know a lot of people have nostalgia for the 1993 Bullfrog classic Syndicate (myself included). I also know that critical reception to the new game has been a bit mixed. But I will say one thing the new game has going for it: At least they don’t recruit agents by slamming into total strangers with a hover car.
I mean really, it just seems like a counter-intuitive way to go about hiring an unstoppable army of cyberpunk killers. Watch the video above and to see what I mean. I kinda feel bad for the poor guy!

Ahh fond memories. I remember meany missions failed because my team of four agents were run over by a stupid civilian driving half a grey egg. :)
Lol. Yes. Good times, good times. Or spending ages persuading and arming an army of civilians only to have them all wiped out by careless driver (and their lack of road sense).
I always used to have Queen's Another one bites the dust playing for the intro. Made the whole intro a lot more fun.
Being hit by a car would be less painful than playing this new Syndicate
I'm a huge fan of the original Syndicate and Syndicate Wars. Now being able to play Starbreezes "version" and wielding the minigun being able to cause absolutely massive carnage while utilizing the new and precise skills and overall gun play has been an extremely satisfying experience I recommend to all.
Haters are saying this game resembles deus ex or crysis 2 but it definitely seems like it's own game to me.
I do miss persuading an entire city of civilians alongside my team on a mission, arming them and watching chaos unfold hehe.
