We still have two weeks left till the release of Grand Theft Auto V, and speculation on what the game’s map will look like is still healthy. Based on the trailers and screenshots previously released by Rockstar, Sketchfab user cbush uploaded this 3D map, which looks, well, accurate enough.
We can’t tell how accurate it is just yet, but still, it’s impressive!
If you’d like to get a closer look, you can interact with the map a bit over at Sketchfab.
Think the final map will end up being wildly different?

Lets hope not! i was expecting it to share the same map as San Andreas
It’s not an island though. I wonder how they will deal with the end of the map?
rockstar could do what BIS did with Arma 2.. infinite terrain generation once you fly outside of the map. in fact Arma: Cold War Crisis had infinite water generation and it was even released back on the original Xbox
yes it is.
… couldn’t you just recreate the GTA San Andreas map, but only for the known counties?
I’m dying for gta but seriously…. do people have this much time on their hands?
pretty cool rendition but the actual map is gonna be a LOT bigger. they have said its gonna be larger than RDR, gta IV and San Andreas COMBINED. Which “m still jizzing over
Nice
