GTA Marathon: Go Get Arrested. Lots.

In other words, do a lot of what you ordinarily do in GTA, just do it a lot more often — or if you’ve finished up the missions, do it repeatedly and gratuitously to add on to your achievements. New Zealand Eligible for Rockstar Competition, But Not Australia

Well, New Zealand, as long as you sign up for Rockstar’s Social Club before April 29, then you’re in with a chance. If you live in Australia however, you’re out of luck.
