At least at launch, Sony is playing it safe with its DualShock 4 designs. You can get them in black, black or black. But if you want to get something a little more adventurous, there are still options.
Evil Controllers, having already got hold of a batch of the new pads, have customised them and will be putting them up for sale. I could live without those busier designs, but the simple ones (like the white, and especially the white Nintendo-themed one up top, which sadly doesn’t seem to be for sale) look fantastic.
There’s a catch, though: being custom jobs, you’re going to pay, with prices ranging from $US90 to $US110.

Cool, but you can actually get ’em in black, red or blue at launch. And they look nice…reeal nice
exactly what I was coming in to say. would be great if Plunkett did some sort of research.
I always preferred the XB360 controller over the PS2/3 controllers. Even though I am getting a XBone I do like the look of the PS4 layout. Also the XBone controller seems a bit fatter in the middle which I’m not keen on.
Only Black on launch here, Blue and Red delayed until January 2014.
I actually like the standard white/black, myself.
Looks good, and I’m actually surprised it’s not an available on release color along with the blue and red.
White is Cool until, after a while, it goes brown.
Black, the ‘what you can’t see can’t gross you out’ colour.
I wouldn’t mind the last controller myself.
how many headshots to unlock blue digi-camo?
