I don’t know about you but I am very tired. I headed to Dick Smith’s controversial, official launch in Sydney to see if people would riot (they didn’t, more on that later) and I didn’t get home until around 2am. Woke up at 5.30am. Yawn.
Anyway, the PlayStation 4 is now here, meaning that both ‘next-gen’ consoles are now ‘current-gen’. Hurray!
In case you missed it (you probably didn’t — it’s been at the top of Kotaku all day!) here are our first impressions of the PlayStation 4. Long story short: I like it a lot. And I’ve done some of my own testing of PS Vita remote play using the PS4, but here’s the US team’s experience. My opinion it’s a cool, relatively seamless experience, but a bit flaky.
Speaking of the Vita — how many of you have been playing Tearaway? That’s a pretty sweet little game that goes ahead and justifies the existence of Sony’s new handheld. If you have a PS Vita and you’re not playing this, well, that’s a mistake. Added bonus: Tearaway makes existing video game characters a lot cuter.
Finally, SEGA promises it won’t screw up Atlus. Cool, thanks for letting us know. This Cosplay of Judge Dredd is something else.
