Leave it to Peter Jackson to end his newest three-part Lord of the Rings epic with a callback to his last three-part Lord of the Rings epic. The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies is out this December, and will end the trilogy — and Jackson’s adventures in Middle-earth — for good. At least until the Simarillion trilogy.
