“Doctor Who is set to become ‘Blocktor Who’ when characters from the series arrive on the Xbox 360 edition of Minecraft in September.” Ugh.
The above line is from BBC Worldwide’s official Doctor Who website, where it sits on top of an article presenting an upcoming skin pack for Minecraft’s Xbox 360 version. The pack includes skins based on Peter Capaldi’s twelfth doctor, plus five other doctors, and “some of the Doctor’s most well known adversaries.” That, of course, means Daleks.
Adorable.
The pack will cost $US3, and it’s the first in a series of skin packs that will be released in the next few months. No puns included in those, hopefully.

That show I hate (mostly because it gave my wife ideas for chores for me) The Block always had good awful puns. “Tonight at 7 o’ block” “it’s blocktober”
The ads for that show that get me the most are the ones that just make up block puns, like “blocktastic”.
