The Easter eggs I had weren’t anywhere near this elaborate, but still, a holiday is a holiday. How was yours?
I had a pretty quiet Easter this year. Tegan’s family came up on the Friday, and I saw some friends that evening, but for the most part it’s been at home. Naughtily, I’ve been squaring off bits and pieces for the work week ahead. It’s partially for peace of mind more than anything else; we’re going to Japan for a couple of weeks, and it’d be nice to fly away without having to worry about stuff back home.
Highlight of the holiday has been some homemade apple pie and Blue Ribbon vanilla ice cream. Still a fantastic combination. I’m keen on making an apple and blueberry pie down the road, although it’ll have to wait. I also spent a good chunk of the holiday playing through a game, although I can’t talk about that one yet. (Those who know me can probably guess which one.)
How was your Easter? What’d you do over the break?

Easter is more about damage control than any real enjoyment, but I did partake in a nice rocky-road 🙂
That sounds like a hella relaxing weekend, I start my new job on Wednesday so I’ve mostly just done a couple of odd bits and pieces related to ‘life admin’ and played a lot of Overwatch!
Rice, veg, tin salmon. A single triangle of toblerone.
I had a great Rabbit Pie for dinner on Sunday.
