This Week In Games: Guild Chat Like It’s 2004

I hope you like going back in time, because this week is all about winding back the clock in many forms.

It’s a bumper week no matter what platform you’re playing on. Fans of Remedy games will be thrilled that Control drops this week, unless you want to play on PC through Steam (because it’s an Epic timed exclusive). There’s plenty else to look at on PC though: A Bard’s Tale 4 drops, the void of time that is World of Warcraft: Classic, the quirky anime RPG Crystar, and some AA titles like Man of Medan.

Consoles have plenty to keep them occupied, particularly Switch fans. Anyone who wants to place as a space cop can do so in Astral Chain, which looks better and better the more gameplay I see. The console also gets a new Bubsy game (what), and a string of ports perfect for the platform, like AER Memories of Old, Little Racer, Agent A, and more.

Here’s the leaderboard for the week. It’s a lot.
