Warcaft… 3 wasn’t it? If you click on the Orc warriors repeatedly you get a bunch of Orcish sound bites and then “Me so horned, me hurt you long time”
Doesn’t quite fit, but it’ll do.
The only other “Horny” reference I can think of is in Dungoen Keeper, and I’m not sure how that’d fit with the rest.
