Child Of Light Continues To Look Incredible

Writer Jeffrey Yohalem describes it as a ‘playable poem’, but what Child of Light represents to many gamers is a fusion of JRPG mechanics in a 2D space with a gorgeous watercolour art style. People are excited about this one and with good reason.

It looks absolutely stunning and this making-of short has just reinforced that in a very big way. It takes us behind the scenes of the game’s development, which is all well and good, but I was too busy marvelling at the game’s animation. LOOK AT THE WAY THE HAIR MOVES.

In all seriousness, this looks incredibly promising. I want this game in my life.
