Should I care about The Swindle? Yes. It's randomised stealth, a heist game that could last you until the end of time (but probably won't).

Should I care about Ark: Survival Evolved? Yes. If you're into dinosaurs and survival games, you really can't go wrong here. Word of warning, though: it's definitely not finished yet.
Should I care about Solarix? Yes and no. I really love what Solarix tries to achieve -- a new game in the mould of the original Deus Ex or System Shock 2 -- but it lacks their spirit, their soul.
Should I care about Will Fight For Food? Yes and no. Conceptually, it's pretty cool. You can punch anybody whenever, even if they're important to the story. But the combat isn't great, and the concept quickly breaks down.
Should I care about Space Beast Terror Fright? Despite its absurdly schlocky name, yes, definitely. Its desolate space corridors teem with unseen horrors, and said corridors rearrange themselves each time you play. Also, if you die once, you're done for good.
Should I care about Asteroids: Outpost? Not really. Not yet, anyway. You shoot asteroids, collect crafting materials from them, upgrade your base, and pester other players (if you want). It's aimless and kinda boring.
Should I care about Captain Forever Remix? Absolutely. It's a hyper-addictive space ship game where you can snatch parts out of thin air and bolt them onto your ship. It's also a charming-as-heck story about childhood.
