No, he’s blowing fire. This latest story trailer for the new Mortal Kombat tells the story of original MK champion Liu Kang, who is looking much better after a brief stint as a zombie.
Liu Kang died in the beginning of Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance. In Mortal Kombat: Deception, his mentor Raiden raises him from the dead as a zombie and sends him on a mission, which seems like a dick move. Liu Kang finally returned to form in Mortal Kombat: Armageddon.
Now that’s all over and done with, Liu is looking fit as a fiddle and ready to defend Earthrealm in Mortal Kombat, due out in April for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
