Another Look At The Ace Attorney Flick

Takashi Miike, known for making a lot of cool movies (and some crap ones, too), is directing a big screen version of Capcom’s lawyer game series Ace Attorney.

Previously, what are reported to be photos of the film’s Kyoto set leaked online. Today, a spokesperson from Toho movie studio posted a low quality pic of the movie’s courtroom set.

Of course, Capcom is trying to tease this movie, but why not show a high quality photo? First (second?) impressions matter, and blurry photos don’t make a good one.

The movie is slated to be released in Japan in the first half of next year, and will star Hiroki Narimiya as Phoenix Wright.

Even his “crap” films have a charm to them that’s hard to find in modern day cinema.
So excited for this film, can’t wait until we get to hear the soundtrack.
