Promising “the end of AI” in its driving series, Forza 5 will introduce something called “Driveatar”, which will learn from players personal driving styles and upload them into the cloud as racing opponents, Turn 10 Studios said on stage at Microsot’s E3 news conference.
Driver tendencies such as acceleration, aggression, how they drive in traffic and where they attack the corners will all form a Driveatar profile, available for players to race against even when their owners are online.
How these driveatars will be more sophisticated than most of what we see in online racing — sitting on the right trigger, never braking, crashing through traffic and drifting in every corner — remains to be seen.

i wonder how they are going to weed out the hoons. like those idiots who like to play destruction derby style.
why add them to your race?? just leave them out of it.. im pretty sure its only going to use what driveatar’s you select.. or those from your friends list…
not that i have more information then you guys though,,
i wonder how the xbox servers will cope with all the cloud driving going on when ppl are at work or school……
So I have to leave my Xbox one going all day while I’m at work for this Bot to work.
this is just like the bspec racers from gt6 but gran turismo has had this since gt4 but only in gt6 did they learn from you and race better and only in gt6 you could race them online no need to leave you ps3 on to use them just set them to online mode and others can race them i guess this will be the same
Driveatar’s were in the 1st Forza Motorsport game…
so they are just upgrading ghost mode, just making the ghosts solid?
