Four day weeks, aw yeah. Can’t believe it’s Friday already. Time for me to eat crust pizza and play Trials. But before that — COMMUNITY KUDOS!
Seems like we’ve had a quiet week, which is normal post E3 and post long weekend. It seems as though there was a lil’ bit of a Brisbane meet up last week, hosted by Trjn. At one point I think I’ll have to make the jaunt up to Brissy and catch up with all the folks I haven’t met in real life yet. I can’t believe I’ve never met Sughly! What is wrong with this picture!
And speaking of the Sughster. He was the first nommer of the week!
Sughly gave ‘preliminary noms’ to Trjn for his hosting of the Brisbane meet up, but saved his mega nom for FatShady, who did a pretty awesome thing during his mega trip to Red Lynx studios, the home of Trials.
I have to give my almighty absolute vote to Fatshady. He sent me my own Trials comic signed by Antti from Redlynx himself. It is so amazing that I would so photograph it and send it to everyone if I had one of those spangly phones with cameras and stuff. Unfortunately I dont so I can only describe its glory. Its… yeah, its great.

McGarnical took time out from his busy schedule of threatening little Timmy, and ‘trying to eat lunch here’, to nominate Shiggy Ninty for organising a Halo Reach night. He missed the first one, as did I, but I think the both of us want to get involved in the next one.

Anyway, to be honest, I’ve been a bit absent from Kotaku this week so noms are difficult. Plus it would just be so easy to just got “SHIGGY AND DOC WHAT AGAIN!”
Trjn hosted a meat last weekend so a nom for that.
Shane for being a genuinely awesome guy and always posting the best comments. Plus he’s got a kid arriving next week. GO SHANE!

And finally, a nomination from Strange, and a call to use the word ‘nifty’ more often. This is a nifty cause I can get behind.
This week I would like to nominate Trjn for Kudos for his hosting of the Meat Meat and also for his liberal use of the criminally underused word ‘nifty’. ‘Nifty’ is a very nifty word and more people should use it.
Well, that’s that. I’m going to use the word ‘nifty’ more often, and I’m also going to say yes, I agree Strange, Trjn should be the winner of this week’s Community Kudos.
