The announcement of a fighting game sequel always comes with two varieties of nervous tension. First comes the worry of “Who’s gonna be in it?”, where one wonders if their favourite fighters will be showing up in a new instalment of Series X. Then comes the panic that developers might have nerfed or ruined your beloved character. It’s all very agitating.
But if you’ve worried that brawling velociraptor Alex, military robot Prototype Jack or funk soul kicker Tiger Jackson wouldn’t be in Tekken Tag Tournament 2, you can rest easy. The video above indicates that those characters, along with Forest Law, will all be returning for the partner-centric fighting game sequel. As to whether they’ve been messed with, we’ll all have to wait on that front.
