You could tell from the marketing video, but now that a handful of Google Glass units are out in the hands of early adopters, it’s confirmed: the device is going to make other people’s lives look like a video game clip.

Gizmodo has collected a few of the very first consumer videos taken using Google Glass online. One shows Google’s Josh Armour go-karting. First-person Mario Kart! Another, someone completing a puzzle. First-person puzzle games!

Another… somebody playing Lord of the Rings Online. First-person third-person video games! Meta. And also, considering how exciting this new tech is, a little sad.
