Rampage?
I’m going to guess Elite Beat Agents, mostly from the middle line, but also because one of the missions was about a ninja sneaking into a skyscraper to steal top-secert plans.
It would make sense… but who’s Leo??? That line completely throws me off.
I was thinking Leo had something to do with Inception. Maybe. Probably not.
Or it could be Leonardo da Vinci, in which case Assassin’s Creed 2!
Or also EBA! You help a painter who is wooing a girl who is obviously the Mona Lisa lady
