House Of Cards Season 3 Trades Killzone For Indie Games

Season three of the wonderfully addictive House of Cards launched on Netflix today, and in it, the devious Frank Underwood reveals his true colours... as an indie gamer.

No big spoilers for the new season here — unless you really don't want to know what games Frank's into these days — but it turns out President Underwood has put down Killzone in favour of The Stanley Parable, of all things.

We don't have footage of that one, but via Vulture, here's a clip of Frank playing the indie puzzle game Monument Valley: We'll have more on the newest season of House of Cards once everyone — ourselves included — has actually had time to watch it. We hear there's a video game reviewer. Maybe we'll get another Kotaku shout-out... although the last one kinda sucked.

I'm more bothered by the really obvious product placement with that "here, let me make it easier" tablet-to-television swipe. It wasn't smooth and it wasn't even "easier".
