If more people were like this in casual games, the mode might actually be more fun than regular matchmaking.
When playing Counter-Strike, sometimes you’re saddled with the worst kind of players. There are those who like to spam microphones with utter drivel. Some like to go on racist, abusive tangents with no provocation whatsoever. Some play crappy music.
And then there are people who do it right, using the microphone for comedy, adding a bit of unexpected colour into each and every round.
That’s what YouTuber Adrian Thompson has done, showing what it’s like to play Counter-Strike with a beat cop calling the match through their police scanner.
The noise complaint still makes me laugh. What’s the most fun you’ve had or heard over voice chat in a game?

Although not ‘fun’ the sound of people not realizing the Kinect is recording audio by default in some games is quite hilarious, especially when they notice and you can hear muffled attempts to disconnect it or the sudden surprised silence of the Chater.
This is amazing. Going to try and start doing this.
The best one I’ve had was an afternoon of Red Orchestra 2 where I started speaking like Arnie until both sides were in full character, Russians on one and Arnolds/Gay Gestapo on the other. What an afternoon XD

What you are describing is a sad dystopian future where online gaming stops been fun, I hope this never happens. But we all know the cry bullies/SJWs will get there way in the end. It’s a sad state of affairs.
