In a brief statement, Ubisoft has confirmed that fans of the South Park games will have to wait until the first quarter of next year for The Fractured But Whole.
Ubisoft didn’t explain why The Fractured But Whole was getting delayed, save to say that the developers needed more time:
South Park: The Fractured But Whole will now launch on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC, calendar Q1 2017. The development team wants to make sure the game experience meets the high expectations of fans and the additional time will help them achieve this goal.
The news follows after the Fractured But Whole was made unavailable for Australian users on Steam, despite being available to audiences overseas.
South Park: A Fractured But Whole has not been rated by the Classification Board at the time of writing. Steam still lists the game as “unavailable” if you search through an Australian Steam account, but you can view the full store page via this link.

So I will have to survive Christmas with the family if I am going to play this game? Weak.
I am displeased. This leaves me only with Watch_Dogs 2 to survive with over summer.
I wish it was November already, I really want that game.
Have Ubisoft received death threats yet?
I jest. People who give death threats need to be put in the bin.
Death to people who make death threats!
Oh, wait…
