I was listening to a podcast which mentioned the double standards of showing genitalia in games. Apparently floppy cocks are OK because they, because they are floppy, can’t be sexual (although Mount Your Friends certainly pushes that boundary). Vaginas can’t really be visually compartmentalised into sexual/non-sexual functions, so devs are a little more worried about putting them in games.
Another reason why more cocks are in games these days is because males are increasingly seen as fair game to deride, denigrate and objectify. Case in point, there was an article on the front page of news.com.au entitled “‘Elephant donger’: I’m A Celeb girl talk turns filthy over Kris Smith”. Change that title a little to “”Monster tits’: I’m A Celeb guy talk turns filthy over [INSERT NAME]” and you’ve got a tawdry headline from a 90s lads’ magazine, which most people today would rightly decry. But when women objectify men it’s seen as OK because women are ‘being sexually liberated after centuries of repression’.

And no, it wouldn’t be nice if they had a labia slider, nobody would ever use it. A dick has a major visual aspect as it can be seen at all times. Not so with a pussy, you would have to have the character crouch and move the camera down to the ground to see anything, it’s just the nature of our biology and given that doesn’t seem to be worth the effort for now. Also given the time period, a pubic hair slider which is actually a realistic idea for a pussy wouldn’t be applicable. The day we have characters detailed enough to see the anus is the day we will reach final nudity gender equality in games.
