I was going to ask "how did they release this game without getting sued into oblivion", but Mr Google answered the question for me. I'm not surprised they had to stop selling the game almost as soon as it was released. What an amateur hour move...

Oh how awesome was this game. I played the recent remake on DS and it was good but just couldn't stand up to the hours I poured into this on C64. Ah the memories.

bleh, you are probably right, I was looking thinking, it is probably a mario but the shrooms and platforms are all wrong, I didn't think to consider NSMB >.<
