I guess we probably should’ve figured this out ourselves. He has way too much facial hair. He wears a creepy top hat. He spends most of his time taking pictures of children. Fuzzy pickles!

I don't get it.
In Earthbound, at many points in the game, the photographer will descend from above and take your photo.
Near the end of the game (credits maybe), you get to see all the photos, reminding you of the truly fantastic adventure you've been on.
