Wizards of the Coast finally realised how amazing the Magic: The Gathering Duels of the Planeswalkers series would be on the iPad, with Apple’s tablet joining PC, PlayStation Network and Xbox Live when the game’s 2013 instalment launches this winter.
In the nearly 40 years since the release of the original edition of the Dungeons & Dragons pen-and-paper role-playing game, various publishers have released many different versions of the game, pleasing new players and alienating old ones on a fairly regular basis.
