Sleeping can be fun – necessary even. But what if stuff happens when you’re sleeping – game stuff? What are you supposed to to do then? Thankfully we have a solution – While You Were Sleeping, a quick round up of all the news that happened… while you were sleeping.
Satoru Iwata’s GDC Keynote speech was a little bit of a disappointment for me. Considering that Iwata Asks, his regular interview posts on the Nintendo site, is one of my favourite things on the internet, I guess I was hoping for him to be a little more open on the creative process at Nintendo.
That being said – we did get word that a Super Mario game is coming the 3DS, and a new look at Legend of Zelda: Skyward sword.
I have the spirit of videogame hipster dwelling deep within my black heart so, along with Journey, The Last Guardian is my most anticipated game of the year. Thankfully we have a couple of great new pieces on the game: an in-depth preview and a discussion with Fumito Ueda about the increasingly irritating games/art question.
Also – remember that Modern Warfare 3 hoax? Turns out it was done to pimp a pretty well made live action trailer.
