I still think the whole time-travelling premise is a bit hokey, but I’m willing to forgive that — Bryan Singer is back at the helm of the X-Men series and this is the guy that made one of my all-time favourite superhero movies in X-Men 2. The new trailer is… well, a trailer. But it looks pretty cool.
I do wonder about the scope of this story though. Even from the trailer I’m getting a feeling that there might be a little too much going on. I hope I’m wrong about that. I loved the X-Men reboot that was released a few years back, and I like the idea of those two universes being brought together in some way.
Looks like a lot of fun.
