Dead Cells Is Coming To Mobile

Dead Cells is already pretty good on the Switch, but if that’s not portable enough for you, a mobile version is coming later this year.

The announcement below doesn’t have a specific release date beyond this winter for iOS, with Android devices getting the roguelike “later” this year. A quick shot in the trailer shows that the game will support the typical virtual joystick model, with action buttons on the right hand side. There’s no word on whether it’ll support bluetooth controllers at this stage.

This would play great with one of those 8bitdo SN30 Pro controllers, although I imagine kids that have got Fortnite and PUBG nailed down with touch controls will have no problems with Dead Cells.
