On July 13, PS3 users will be able to download skins for Sephiroth, Cloud, Aeris and Tifa, while those getting all four in a pack will get a bonus Vincent skin as well for their troubles.
This week, there are some inFamous 2 skins on sale, featuring “good” Cole and “bad” Cole.

And what’s to stop people just making their own sackboys that look like this? Isn’t that the whole point of the whole create share thing?
The huge amount of LBP dlc that floods the PSN is actually a huge reason in why I don’t bother with LGP. That, and the griefing encouraging co-op.
