When Cosplayers Get In The Way Of Crazy Cars

Over the weekend, bishoujo (beautiful young girl) game festival Dream Part steamrolled through Tokyo. Computer games weren’t the only place bishoujo popped up. They also decorated itasha.

Itasha, or literally “painmobiles”, are covered in decals that feature characters from popular anime, manga, and video games. This year’s Dream Party had tuned itasha on display. I’d show you pics, but these cosplayers kept disrupting the view. Damn them.

Dream Party is a twice a year event, held in the (northern) spring and autumn in both Tokyo and Osaka. The Osaka Dream Party is underway today. Hopefully the cosplayers there are a little more courteous.
