Part of the PC master race? Want to play Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain? Hideo Kojima has your back. He wants to put Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain on PC. And I want to let him.
“PC, that’s my original background. I originally created PC games,” Kojima said, in an interview with Gamespot. “A long time ago I didn’t want to rely on platforms to release games, so if people want it, I cannot make a formal announcement, but that is definitely something that I would like to do.”
It’s not a crazy idea. Both Metal Gear Solid and Metal Gear Solid 2 made appearances on PC. There’s no reason why Metal Gear Solid V couldn’t make the leap. In fact, with these comments, I’d suggest that it’s a certainty. We might have to wait a while, but I fully expect to see Kojima follow through on this.

They should all be on pc.
its one of the few games that result in me still getting a console. Mind you I do love my playstations but pc is simpler as far as access to current and past games on one box.
I played both on PC, but Raiden’s sword was a catastrophy on PC.
If you remember, had to be controlled with flicks of the analogue stick. It didn’t translate well to mouse controls.
Otherwise, I enjoyed both and was dissapointed neither 3 or 4 made the same transition.
Play it on PC with the 360 windows controller… problem solved
This, when I play a port on my pc I never even bother attempting to use a mouse and keyboard, I know going in that it wont work well.
It’s stilly not to play it without a controller lol…
Pretty sure it states somewhere on the page that it’s recommended to use a controller
M+K = FPS, RTS etc…
They should put out that ultimate collection on PC while they’re at it, I’d buy it.
I’d certainly buy it on PC. I’m not really interested in either the Xbone or the PS4, so if it does get ported to PC I’m in. Plus, that would mean there’s a chance David Hayter will release a ‘voice patch’ for Big Boss 😛

Sounds good. I’ve always looked on MGS from afar but with interest. But wouldn’t it be best if I could play the previous games on PC, so I don’t just jump in at 5? Or is the story/continuity not really a big deal, like how I jumped into Resident Evil at 5.. what is it with 5s..
