EA’s Black Friday deals are in full swing, though it’s more of a Black Ten Days, with the discounts flowing until November 26. If you own a PS4 or an Xbox One, and wouldn’t mind some cheaper FIFA 19 or Star Wars Battlefront II action, then you might find something to your liking.
The games on offer are somewhat limited — seven for each console — with half the games being sports-related. Which isn’t necessarily bad, but it would have been nice to see, say, Titanfall 2 in the mix.
Anyway, here are the Xbox One deals:
- FIFA 19: 40 per cent off
- Madden 19: 50 per cent off
- NBA Live 19: 50 per cent off
- NHL Live 19: 50 per cent off
- Star Wars Battlefront II: 70 per cent off
- Need for Speed Payback: 70 per cent off
- The Sims 4: 60 per cent off
And the PS4 deals:
- FIFA 19: 45 per cent off
- Madden 19: 50 per cent off
- NHL Live 19: 50 per cent off
- Star Wars Battlefront II: 70 per cent off
- Need for Speed Payback: 71 per cent off
- The Sims 4: 50 per cent off
- UFC 3: 57 per cent off
Sadly, while the Black Friday pages have tabs for PC and Nintendo, they exist only to tease you. In fact, the Nintendo section offers this disappointing message:
We hope you are having fun playing our games and we’ll see you next year for Black Friday.
The PC section is even less gracious, coughing up a 404. Oh well, there’s almost certainly a couple of Steam sales coming up anyway.
