The Art Of Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse

The Art Of Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse

Patrick O’Keefe

Yeah, this is a movie and not a video game, but a lot of people who worked on the film have been doing loads of stuff in video games recently (or came from video games). Plus, pretty much everything here looks incredible and amazing, so indulge me.

Below is a range of art made during the production of the new animated movie Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse. It’s not everything done by everyone, but it’s a nice sample of the work that went into the making of the film.

You’ll find each artist’s portfolio linked in their names below.

  • I’m going back to see it again. I’m not a Spiderman fan, I was just taking my daughter to see it.
    It. Blew. My. Mind.

I came out of the cinema almost reeling, and the world outside looked dull, drab and not quite real anymore.
The film is a visual masterpiece, and I believe my colour receptors where almost burned out by the end of the movie.
The story is good enough, the voice acting is great, but oh my, the visuals are inventive, original and spectacular.
