It'll be interesting to see what The King of Fighters XIII gets discounted to I might just get the game.

Do i live in hope that these are Australian prices??

Was written by Mark Serrels sooo...

They are indeed. The US prices are even better - $40 for Halo 4, $10 for Halo Wars.

I would pay $10 for Halo Wars, $30 though? No dice.

Agreed, Bioshock costs $20 here but only $5 in the US.

Waiting to see the prices for Tekken and Dishonored

The prices seem to match, except El Shaddia isnt availble here...Also, it looks like you can use MS points instead of cash (probably always been like that but it was news to me lol)

Wicked. I think I own most of the games I want, but I might be tempted... :)
Portal 2 in particular, as I haven't played it yet.

WOw! Some games I like! Woo Hoo!!!

This is how you deal with the used game market Microsoft.

By keeping your prices exorbitantly high for way too long then putting on a sale that's too little too late?

        Exactly.

        Bioshock Was $49.95 Now $19.95

That's a deal? That game came to the 360 in mid '07!

Thats in Aus though. America has Bioshock on sale for $5 or 400 mp which is a bargain.

Screwed again. No reason for a discrepancy that big,

You can get it for free at the moment if you preorder Infinite on PC.

I *MIGHT* end up dusting off my 360 for this.

i'm thinking the same thing here. mine hasn't been used for a while, but this might just be worth it.

      holy updates batman!
seems to work still, so that's a bonus. was half expecting rrod. lol.

Oh man the only Halo game I would have loved to see on there is the Anniversary Edition.

I don't want to pay $40 to play through a game i've played a bunch of times, but it would be nice to revisit it.

Hey look, they're almost the same price as it is to import them to Australia.

Just got Dirt 2. Is $4.99 using real money, but changed to using Microsoft points and was only 320 points. Bargain!
Guess it's a glitch, get in quick if you want it for 320 points before they fix it

Well $5 is about 300-320 here. So no it's not a glitch. :)

UNnless you get the point cards cheap which makes it even less ;)

Yeah, I got 4000 points for 50, so works out to about 3.99, so little bit cheaper for me.
As Ross said, depends on how much you paid for the points.

Shame that GRiD isn't $5 like it is in the US..... I am actually really surprised the RRP for that is still $70 lol. The GRAW games for 160 points each isn't bad (GRAW 2 still showing as 480 points atm though).

i somehow managed to get virtua fighter 5 for $2.95... the price kept changing on me but yeah... score :D 7 games for slightly over $20 :D

Pretty sure El Shaddai is $5 all week as well. Feel free to confirm/deny.

its not available for aussies... i checked each title and we can't get el shaddai or tomb raider legend for some stupid reason

Yep, it's not on our GoD. Apparently we can't download GoD from the Us store either, a region thing pops up.

I've found this using a PC. Has anyone tried using their Xbox to make the purchase?

Apparently the digital version is region locked - US only - for some reason :/

I was afraid of this -_- JB HiFi are still selling it for 89$

i got an import copy from UK for about $15-20 if i remember correctly... it can be found very cheap if you look around ;)

only at the US store. Shame. :(

I just checked the AU Xbox Live store and it seems that the sale has not yet started? Why might this be?

Dammit, was hoping they would include the Walking Dead in this

Wow, totally didn't expect MS to price like this. Hopefully it's a trend that continues and isn't just a one-off.

I'll be keeping my eyes open for Dishonoured, MGS HD and Street Fightans.

Wait... Halo Wars is more expensive than Halo3 and Halo:Reach combined? How... I... what...

That insanity aside, it's a pity the only games on that list I'd be interested in I already own...

Discount all digital games before announcing no backwards compatibility in April.

Go to any forum or comments section and this is currently the number one issue with Xbox owners, if M$ doesnt carry over XBLA games to the next console then they'll lose a lot of customers to Sony

Interesting. Sony isn't carrying your PSN games over either.

Will they all jump back now?

I dont have PSN so I don't care what Sony do but if M$ screw up badly I'll consider the competition

Sounds good in theory, but since I only have a 20gb hard disk I don't have room for any of these games, and due to Microsoft's exorbitant prices for hardware I won't be upgrading any time soon.

Makes me wonder why you have a 20gb hard drive.

      Amen brother!

I hope the new xbox doesn't continue that ridiculous situation. At least the PS3 allows you to purchase your own notebook hdd and cram it in the slot.

God damn, some of those prices DEMAND I buy them.

Might replace the disc versions of some of my games and sell them.

I should keep a look out for RE4's price drop. I still have yet to play that gem.

on sale now in case you haven't seen it yet ;)
