The world has had its fill of ‘Nintendo is doomed’ articles, and I sure as hell don’t want to read another one — even in the context of their latest sales numbers — but I would like to know what you, personally, would like to see from Nintendo?
This isn’t about how you would ‘fix’ Nintendo, more about what you miss, and what kind of games you’d like to play.
For example, I’d love to see Retro Studios create the next Zelda game. I’d love to see Nintendo invest heavily in a brand new IP the way they did with Pikmin. I’d love to see a Mario Kart that is genuinely revolutionary, even if I have no idea what that looks like. I’d like to see a new F-Zero game. I really would.
Oh, and a new 2D Metroid for the 3DS. I need that in my life please. I also love the idea of a Spotify style subscription that would allow me to play all the Nintendo games I wanted, from the N64 all the way back. I’d buy that for a large price.
What about you? Let us know in the comments below.

Mostly some new IPs. I’ll settle for an open world 3D Donkey Kong Country game, though. XD
If only we still had RARE. 🙁
PokeMMOn.
I would love to see Nintendo actually listen to their consumers and give them what they want. At the moment they seem to have the attitude “This is what we are making and you should be greatful” instead of engaging their users.
As for games a 2d Metroid, a new 3d Donkey Kong ala DK64 and I would love to see Nintendo take a risk on a new IP that isn’t just some sort of gimmicky crap. A brand new adventure/3rd person game with a new IP. Something new.
nintendo are known for the strength of their franchises, & they’ve got some great creative talent in there, so what I’d love to see from them is a couple of new IPs that will be the Donkey Kong Country / Banjo Kazooie / Pikmen / Zelda of the next generation.
I want, as a bare minimum, the digital ecosystem that I’m seeing Sony build. Cross play where possible between handheld and home console. Remembering when I’ve bought a game (e.g. Super Metroid) on any platform in the past, and giving me access to it on new platforms as it becomes available. Tying purchases to accounts and NOT bloody devices, so that I can play them easily on a new device or somebody else’s, and recover them if the device is lost. Saves that automatically sync between devices.
Once they have this platform in place, then we can start talking about crazy shit like Spotify. It will give them the freedom to start experimenting, releasing cool little things that really exploit the fact that they have two similar devices in the market that people tend to own both of.
I bought a vita a few months ago and have been amazed by how well the ecosystem is working. Got the Sly Cooper trilogy on PS3 last year? Well, we’ve just released it on Vita, have that too! Spelunky is awesome on Vita, but when it comes to PS4 later in the year, I’ll get instant access to that too. All makes so much sense, and is rapidly turning me into a fan of the Playstation, when it has historically been my least favoured system. They actually seem to get it!
Here’s an idea not just for Nintendo but any company out there with an iconic series.
Commission anthologies from different creators about one of their properties.
So you might get a Metroid Anthology with entries by Shinji Mikami, SUDA51, Keita Takahashi, Warren Spector etc.
Then if there was a lot of interest in one of these proof of concept/mini games they could pursue a game in that style. I’m into it.
I’d love to see more about Wii U Zelda (mostly to confirm whether that “leak” is true or not) and X(enUblade), some new IPs by Nintendo and their studios (specifically Retro) and I wouldn’t mind them returning to some older series like a new 2D Metroid, or HD remakes for some cube games like Super Mario Sunshine.
But what they really need to do is GET A PROPER ACCOUNT SYSTEM. What prevents me from going anywhere near the eShop is knowing that if something were to go wrong to my system, I lose ALL my purchases. A “cross-buy” thing would be good too where if you bought a certain Virtual Console game it could be played on 3DS, Wii U etc.
I never really used the VC except when they had Super Metroid for really cheap, but I’d be more inclined to try out some of these classic games which I never played before (like Metroid) if they implemented these and were at a more reasonable price.
What zelda leak?
http://i.imgur.com/q0JymHH.png
Still just rumour at the moment (it’s most likely fake) but if the game ends up having any of those then I’d be pretty happy.
Mother of fuck….
You took the words out of my mouth
Seems very much Majoras Mask influenced possibly way too fanboyish to be true, but to be honest it makes the rumors of the Majoras Mask 3DS release seem more inline.
Why haven’t there been any articles on this??? I know it could be fake but that looks and sounds pretty in line with everything, are there any high res files of that screenshot?
http://www.reddit.com/r/gaming/comments/22b7gp/anon_leaks_the_legend_of_zelda_protectors_of_the/
I first saw that pic shared on Twitter but I just bothered to read the reddit comments and someone said that the shot is from Xenoblade (with some Googling that proves true). It’s also still super rumoury and it doesn’t seem big, or true enough for places to report on.
But even if its fake, it has a whole bunch of bits from previous Zelda games I really liked so it’ll almost be a “perfect” Wii U Zelda for me. But nothing can be confirmed unless we see some Zelda news!
Only 3 weeks to go!
In non Nintendo related news, there’s supposed to be the PS4 “Beast Souls” announcement from From at E3 as well.
All aboard the E3 Hype Train!
Yeah that game is pretty much cementing PS4 for me – all I’ve played for the past two months is Dark Souls!
Yeah E3 for me this year is all about Beast Souls, Zelda and Star Wars Battlefront 😛
and X!!!
XENUBLADEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The new Mario Kart and Smash Bros. look impressive, but what I’d love more than anything is a Metroid game dripping with atmosphere that makes good use of the second screen.
– A real account system and no more region locking.
– Genuine use of the gamepad for some new Wii U games, rather than just shoehorned in bonus functionality.
– XenUblade.
– Part of me wants more JRPGs for Wii U but then I’d need the time to play them.
– Unified VC releases available on Wii U and 3DS, and full cross-buy so they can be played on both for one purchase.
– Proper streetpass functionality in the next Pokémon game.
I’m sure some more things will come to mind. Trying to think of one thing that would be a no questions asked insta buy if they announced it…
I would love for the unified account. I want to buy Smash Bros on 3DS, and have it on my Wii U. Or at least have a discount code so I can download it on my Wii U cheap.
Would love to see a large back catalogue of great titles on the Wii U Virtual Console. I would have a colection of all my favorite games on one system. Its a no brainer, Nintendos greatest strengh is in its old games. I would love to play through the first Mario Kart before the new one comes out, for example. Also they should be a little cheaper, its not like they havent made their money on games like Super Metroid, why is it still $10? the games 20 years old!
Super Mario Kart dropped on the Wii U a few weeks ago.
Oh yeh? Awesome, will get. Thanks
I want Super Metroid available on all consoles.
…yeah I just said that!
*Fix their pricing structure across EVERYTHING.
*Put everything possible on the Virtual Consoles for 3DS and WiiU.
*A new console with hardware that not old and an proper controller that’s affordable (or go 3rd party, whatever works).
*New titles that are significant evolutions from their old ones. No more rehashes.
Honestly, the news that would make me happiest tomorrow is if they announced they were going 3rd party and would be releasing games on the PS4/ Xbone/ both.
Then they can take their time and release games when they are happy with them and when they see fit. No more rushing shit out because’ Super Mario World Cut-and-past-job Land’ needs to be out by Christmas in order to prop up their shitty hardware division.
I just want good Nintendo games on a console that’s good value. That’s really the crux of it.
I can buy a WiiU but it’s overpriced, underpowered, needs 3 extra controllers to get the most out of it. It’s not worth it to play 1-2 good-not-great Nintendo 1st party titles a year when the same investment will get me a dozen or more games a year on the Xbone, PS4 or even the last gen consoles (which really are genuine competition for the WiiU).
Imagine a new F-Zero sold in the same vein as Trials. Released with a bunch of awesome tracks on PS4 and Xbone for $40, looking great at 60fps 1080p. Online timetables, online races for 30 people, 4 player split screen….. Or a new Mario Golf based on the same model….. that would be great!
Pretty much my thoughts exactly.
I agree 100%. Nintendo haven’t really been at the forefront for gaming hardware since the SNES and every generation they feel like they’ve fallen further and further behind. Not the concepts behind the hardware and certainly not the games, but the pure execution of their hardware and low-level infrastructure is just not up to snuff. It feels like they stopped paying attention to anything around them in about 1999.
SNES games on the 3DS VC. It’d be fun to play a Nintendo take on Dark Souls too. Oh, and less ridiculously expensive VC games.
A modern IP. I think we are far past the age of mascots and zero dimensional characters that Nintendo tries to redo with each new iteration that comes out. Mario, Donkey Kong, Pikmin, Pokemon and Zelda still have thier place in gaming, but Nintendo is preaching to the converted by releasing those titles rather than getting new customers
Honestly, this is going to sound harsh, but I want Nintendo forced out of the home console market (but keep their handheld market).
As a looooong time Nintendo fan, I’ve been incredibly disapointed with their archaic principles of the last few years; hardware based purchases as opposed to account based purchases (as mentioned by others above), inability to embrace online, stale IPs etc.
If Ninendo bit the bullet and started developing for other consoles, I’d be very happy. They’ve proven time and again that they are unable to move with the industry, and the flack they’ve been receiving in recent years by media and competitors alike is warranted.
Mentioned above already, but yeah I definitely need games associated with an email account (or similar), not the hardware itself. Mainly for insurance against hardware faults, but also for theft and the like.
1. A proper account system. Games tied to accounts, not hardware.
2. Removal of annoying region restrictions on everything
3. Hurry up and announce some actual details for X so that I can know if it’s a proper successor to Xenoblade (what I hope) or if it’s a PSO-style multiplayer game (what it looks like). And assuming it’s the former and not the latter, actually get it released and localized.
4. Some new IPs
5. More Metroid, as long as it’s not like Other M.
6. Do a 3DS Port of Mother 3 and actually localize it this time.
7. Give studios like Retro free rein to take some older franchises and give them a full reboot treatment. One of the rumors that was going around a while back was a Metroid Prime-style reboot of Star Tropics and I’d play the shit out of that.
A Wii U pricedrop. It’s absurd that the premium is still $430 RRP.
EDIT: Also, wish they would lower the damn price of their first party games a few months or even years after release. (Although I understand why they wouldn’t do this)
I think the only realistic way now is to just drop the wii u and make games for ps4 and 3ds. Once the 3ds life runs out change to vita. Just suck it up and stop been stubborn Nintendo become a 3rd party. They will make heaps more money in the long run.
I want to see them ditch the controller! Give me a nice sturdy durable controller! Having 3 kids under 6 I really want them to experience that Nintendo magic, so I resorted the other week to breaking out my old n64. I just hate to think how many broken tablets there will be when Mario Kart comes along with its battle mode and thrown controllers from sore losers! That tablet keeps me from purchasing a wii u for many years!
Lens cleaner kit HD remaster for Wii U
Poke MMO
I love my Wii U, but every point people have brought up is spot on. What really winds me up is waiting for the VC to be updated every Thursday, only for it to give you one NES game. Where are all the amazing games from the Wii VC?
Their Virtual Console needs the variety of their VC for the Wii. The Wii U would be powerful enough to run emulation of Sega Saturn and Dreamcast games, for example. They went all out last time – this time, it’s pretty limited and lackluster. Also cross-buy.
But mainly, I just want more games. End of story.
As a Wii U owner, I’m happy with the system.
I have faith in upcoming games. Theres going to be some beauties. What I really want is a redesigned system. A console that looks sleek and modern and clearly differentiares from the wii. I think nintendo has an image problem that they could fix with a simple design solution.
also a sloghtly smaller redesigned and more premium gamepad would be nice. I think the gamepad is great however the screen could certainly do with an upgrade and aesthetic that makes it look less like a toy.
lastly the entire back catalogue available and tied to an account rather than the system would keep me very happy indeed.
Their IP on tablet and phone.
This is the only comment I’ve seen that I don’t support.
I can see it making sense from a business perspective, but Nintendo game apps? Ugh… Please no… It would just encourage them to continue half assing their games and releasing remakes as opposed to new IPs.
Edit: Not trying to be rude, I just re-read my comment and saw that it could come across that way.
Don’t worry about being rude.
I just downvoted him without even leaving a comment…. Until this one.
I have no idea why anyone would want to see Nintendo IP’s on smartphones. I’d almost guess that he’s trolling (although I’d love an explanation if he’s not).
Smartphones SUCK for the vast majority of game types, and Nintendo games would be no exception.
Even something like Advance Wars which would feasibly be playable on a touch screen wouldn’t be anywhere near as good on a phone. Playing a Mario platformer without a pad/ stick? Playing Mario Kart using the touch screen? No thanks. No way.
“Smartphones SUCK for the vast majority of game types”
The vast majority of game types that have been designed for other platforms do suck on mobile devices. But there are oodles of games that are designed for mobile devices that are lots of fun, in a casual gaming sense.
Taking the IP to mobile devices doesn’t mean porting mario kart to ipad. Surely you can think this through enough to see that it would be possible to make a game that is well designed for tablet that used nintendo characters and nintendo know-how when it comes to making fun games?
Yeah but why would you, as a gamer, want to see that?
The 3DS is a far better platform for gaming.
If they’ve got a brilliant new idea, they should be putting it on that!
I’m sure Nintendo could make good iPhone games, but I’m certain that they could make better games on their own platform with its properly designed controller. There’s plenty of other developers out there willing to create new and innovative phone games within the confines of the touch based control system.
The argument with console cross development is a little different because the other two consoles offer clear benefits over the WiiU without sacrificing too much functionality. You won’t get better games on a phone than you can on the 3DS though.
Edit: I just read your response below, and I do understand your wants from a family perspective. I still wouldn’t want to see Nintendo get away from developing core titles (mid-range, mainstream games) in order to create family friendly iPhone games. I just feel like it would be a waste of their talents.
I would cry.
I’m not trolling. I know people disagree, but I view most nintendo games and my own nintendo experiences as casual, kid friendly gaming. I prefer PC for most of my own gaming, but love a bit of casual gaming on tablet or phone when the mood strikes me.
You probably don’t have kids aged between 4 and 7. I do. Instead of wasting money on a full blown console , I’d love to see some of the family-friendly nintendo content and characters on tablet or phone which I already own for reasons other than gaming/kids, so that then my kids could have a go.
Part of the reason I reckon nintendo is facing tough times is not because the Wii U has issues. Its because Nintendo’s games are overlap more with the family friendly and light-themed spectrum of games that are common on mobile devices. The Wii had lots of success because it had a gimmicky controller and casual gaming on mobile devices hadn’t taken off, so the vast numbers of people interested in casual gaming flocked to the Wii. But now the Wii controller doesn’t have as much novelty, and casual gamers are happy enough on mobile devices, while many (not all, just a large chunk) of more serious gamers are happy on other consoles and PC. It makes business sense for Nintendo to make their family/casual friendly IP available on mobile devices where all the casual gamers are, and for me personally it would be great too, hence my comment.
edit: I just want to emphasise this: it’s actually really hard to find tablet games that have acceptable content for a 5 year old that are also not too hard, not too easy, and are fun, with fun characters. There are some of course (my son likes Angry Birds), but many of the other games I try out end up only keeping his interest briefly – wrong difficulty, else unappealing. Also, not many of the games are good for parent and child to play together/against each other, and I like sitting down with the boy to game together. A good nintendo ipad game that let us play together (taking turns probably, or split screen if they can make it work and not be cumbersome) would be ace.
When I first replied to your comment, I knew you had a point from a business perspective – I thought that’s what you were going for. This comment, however, enlightens me to your situation. I still diasagree, but then I’m not a father of two. Different people, different thoughts.
Based on the way they price their other stuff, their iPad games would cost $40-50 and never go on sale.
Upvote for well thought out opinion and discussion.
Remember people, down vote IS NOT disagree. Too many downvotes send people into auto-moderation, a fate that should not be suffered just for holding an opinion that isn’t the popular one.
A new Banjo Kazooie type game. Doesn’t have to be Banjo Kazooie (although I would love to see a Banjo Threeie, I finally started to make a dent in Banjo Tooie the other night. So good!). But yeah, basically just a big 3D collectathon game like that (like what A Hat In Time is doing).
Also, Pokemon Snap 2. I know they said they weren’t going to, but SERIOUSLY NINTENDO, you have the perfect peripheral for it now with the WiiU! USE IT.
Microsoft got Banjo Kazooie and all related characters when they bought Rare so we won’t be seeing them on a Nintendo console again.
DK64 is a huge collectathon. Too big – but if you really like that, have a look at it.
I know. :c And then they went and made that other Banjo Kazooie game that I don’t even wanna talk about. I just wish they would buy them back. Not going to happen though. XD
But yes! DK64 is the next N64 game I plan to buy. 🙂
DK64 has excellent multiplayer!
I… actually really enjoyed B&K: Nuts’n’Bolts. Am I a bad person?
Nah, I think it’s just not the game people were expecting.
1. Cross buy NEEDS to be a given and would make all the 3DS owners an easy target for WII U. Or make it a subscription based service, but I’d prefer Cross buy
2. http://kotaku.com/nintendo-is-bringing-real-toys-to-its-video-games-1573268588 – Funny enough I’ve always said that this should’ve been the basis of Smash Brothers. Yeah you’ll alienate those that expect to have all the characters out of the box but it would make money.
If not they should’ve not have Mario Kart 8 but Nintendo Kart and make the toys open the characters (imagine if the toys would cross buy, so you buy waluigi which means you can play him in Kart and SSB)
3. Clarify the account system. The account system is actually getting better, specially if you use it correctly. Woot for all my coins and free games. Honestly its not as limited as people think it is
4. All games need to have off screen play, and even better two player one tv one game pad (its why the Lego games are actually the best on Wii U)
5. Own the indie market. Wii U indie market is actually pretty good, but Sony are leading. I’d say that Nintendo should court it all and make it the place to play Indie games. Granted why are courting most of the good ones and some are becoming 2nd parties
6. Just more games but tbh still amazed that one company can produce so many good games enough to hold up a console by its self pretty much
Bring their entire back catalogue from EVERY past console/handheld to EVERY current console/handheld. And do so at an extremely reasonable price. Then I am suddenly interested in buying a Nintendo for the first time in about 10 years.
people calling for wii u price drops are missing the fact that nintendo is currently losing a lot of money and their consoles cost a lot to produce due to the silly controller game pad which means they can’t drop the price any more until production costs come down.
Any way I would like to see some new IPs to try and grab the attention of regular gamers who ignore everything mario (doesn’t have to be mature, just new and interesting with worldwide appeal not a niche japanesecentric odd game) and a proper account system so the 3ds and wii u can do more and share games more.
I really hope they don’t continue the trend of limiting the 3ds releases and releasing all the next vc stuff only on wii u because I think that will just alienate the 3ds marketbase while it won’t really boost wii u sales.
Also – be radical and completely open up the Wii and WiiU to homebrew operating systems and software. Create a playground for developers rather than a stupid walled garden.
Changes to software titles, new IPs, etc can come later.
First and foremost – region locking and unified account system. Hell, I’d even give pricing a backseat to these two, because they’re such a huge problem for Ninty.
Honestly though, I think the best suggestion yet has been for Ninty to ditch home consoles, and develop for PS/Xbox. Imagine what they could do with some proper hardware at their disposal, without having to worry about propping their own shitty hardware sales with constant rehashes. (No offense intended if Generic Super Mario Brothers 37 is your thing, but for most of us – it’s not enough)
Keep the 3DS, can the WiiU. Pretty sure the 3DS can still hold it’s own, unlike it’s big brother.
Focus on what they do well – games. Their hardware hasn’t been the slightest bit relevant since the Super Nintendo. N64 was the first time they started falling behind by stubbornly sticking to cartridges, and subsequently ended up losing most of their third party buddies to Playstation.
Nintendo have always been stubborn and backwards – once upon a time it was a little endearing, and set them apart from the competition. Nowadays, it’s becoming embarrassing, and more than a little tiresome.

I think we’re on the same page!
Jesus. Did I read yours unconsciously or something?
Nah man, you must just be a fellow genius.
Less hardware gimmicks being pushed as the main focus of their new consoles. E.g. the wiimotes, the WiiU Pad etc. Stick to the basics, make the gimmicks optional.
Nintendo have had these gimmicky products ever since the beginning, like R.O.B, the power glove, the super scope etc to name a few and I loved that they always thought outside the box with products like these but they were always additional purchases should you choose to want to use them in a game that supported them. I wish they’d go back to that model.
I wouldn’t mind seeing them going 3rd Party.
Until they look to reach some sort of parity with either Sony/MS in regards to account systems and things like that. I won’t be back for the Hardware.
So if they don’t do that, I’d love some of their IP on another console, Mario, Zelda, etc.
What I’d like – Bayonetta 2 to be multiplatform.
Before you jump on me, yes, I know that Nintendo is funding it and yes, I know that it’s exclusive. I didn’t say it would happen, just that I’d like to play it on the platform of my choice. Ah well.
Also – for them to release (NES/SNES) titles on other platforms, including PC. They can be emulated easily enough, so opening up another revenue stream by putting them everywhere would be quite nifty.
More than anything I want to be able to move my NNID to a new Wii U having bought the 8GB basic and now wanting to upgrade to the black premium bundle!! Nintendo let me give you my money!!!!
A new Metroid game. Either like Prime or Other M, either’s good!
A new, darker Zelda game. More of Twilight Princess please.
And some kind of new IP. Preferably a proper game, not stuff like Brain Training and Wii Party U or whatever it’s called.
A new F-Zero (maybe by Retro?), and a new Star Fox by Platinum. That’s all I want.
Advance Wars sequel to the first GAMEBOY Advance title including online play with a 3DS and Wii U version that are cross platform play.
Pokémon RPG for Wii U
Wind Waker sequel for Wii U
Unified accounts for Nintendo platforms
A subscription based system for playing any titles from NES, SNES, N64 and GC that Nintendo has rights to use. Can play as much as you like while you have a paid subscription in place.
Taiko No Tatsujin and Katamari Damacy for Wii U
As mentioned above, I’d love to see them push the toy idea but even further. Make toys for all standard Nintendo characters and then let them be usable on a large range of their traditional franchises, eg. Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Mario Bros, the usual sports games etc., Also if a game wouldn’t suit these characters, maybe they just provide a special item or something.
They also need to shake up their franchises.
The 2D platforming Mario series needs to change. I’d like to see them do away with standard fire/ice/water etc., worlds and levels. With all of their power ups and level design, they’ve created a great framework for both exploration and puzzle-like challenges (you can see these creeping in more and more). I’d love to see Mario push towards a Super Metroid structure, but keep time-based areas to particular sections to keep the levels moving. I kind of feel like they have exhausted the current way they are doing 2D platforming and I doubt there are many ideas left out there that would make it still feel fresh. Also, give us an actual story. I’m not even joking, there is very little to motivate people to finish Mario games except to cater to completionists.
Zelda needs to grow up and the potential is huge. Link needs to have voice acting – I know it will be jarring at first for us all but we’ll get used to it. The blank slate mascot can’t continue forever. Making the controls and combat more precise like Dark Souls is obvious and taking on more of the dark tones (I think Zelda is at it’s best when it’s dark, like large chunks of OoT and MM) suits Zelda in many ways. The RPG elements need to be more indepth, at least in the items. Give us more swords, bows and outfits to choose from.
They should keep doing a WW like series of Zelda games separately, maybe keep those to 3DS.
Next Mario Kart should probably have the Smash characters in it. Not sure what else you would do with Mario Kart, it’s pretty much perfect for what it is. Maybe add a sort of serious mode that excludes some of the more random/game changing items.
Also, why hasn’t Ninty created their own version of Cubeworld yet? Cubeworld with Mii’s seems like a no-brainer. It would be incredibly easy for them to make something like this and it would fit right in with their other games. Bonus points if they managed to build it into their OS for free.
David Hayter as Link
I know that this is supposed to be about what games we’d like them to make as opposed to “how to fix nintendo”, but I have little desire to buy anything on their platforms as they stand.
Metroid Legacy. A HD 3D FPS Metroid conversion of all the games in the series played in order of timeline from start to finish.
Can somebody get me a mop and bucket please? I’m, a little excited…
The biggie is 3rd party – I would love to play a Nintendo game without dealing with their hardware.
Failing that I’d like to see them court third parties to the point that you could confidently buy a Nintendo system and expect the same games you see on other platforms.
Other things I’d like:
2nd analogue stick on 3DS as standard
3DS remakes of Majora’s Mask, Super Mario 64, MGS Twin Snakes, Rogue Squadron II, Tetrisphere.
A Zelda game inspired by Dark Souls
– Cross play of virtual console games across WiiU and 3DS so if I buy on one I can play on the other.
– N64 games on virtual console.
– Virtual Console games being a lot cheaper, or freely available via a subscription service.
– Proper 3D Mario game on the scale of 64/Sunshine/Galaxy
– Games that actually make use of the gamepad screen rather than relegating it to a map or menu
– Open world Zelda the size of Dark Souls.
I want Nintendo to surprise me. There just don’t seem to be any surprises anymore. The games are still amazing, but it’s all just too safe and predictable.
Maybe like. A sit com staring Miyamoto and that guy who hosts the Nintendo directs. I don’t remember his name. Living together in a downtown Tokyo apartment with the ghost of Gunpei Yokoi.
That’d be cool.
A new Rogue Squadron game made for the Wii U, or perhaps an HD upgrade made from the original RS for the Nintendo 64.
I want to see Retro tackle a 2D Metroid.
They know the lore inside and out.
They know how to craft epic 2.5D games, like Donkey Kong.
Best announcement at E3 would be: Retro making Metroid: Dread (finally)
Nintendo to lower the prices of their games over time. New Super Mario Bros DS from 2006 is still $69.95
https://ebgames.com.au/ds-136535-New-Super-Mario-Bros-Nintendo-DS
Utterly unacceptable.
