Crap title. It doesn’t really say “combat-focused RPG where you play a zombie”, does it?
Sonny 2 distills the turn-based RPG down to its essence, taking you on an adventure that links brief narrative scenes with old-school, Final Fantasy style combat. You fight, collect loot, upgrade your stats, choose some skills, trade equipment, then fight again. Rinse and repeat.
It’s a simple formula. It’s also hard to stop the grind once you’ve started.
